Fishing Report:
The Yellowstone is known to be windy, its just a common known fact. Unfortunately this time of year it is even more crucial to pay attention to the weather on the stone due to the naturally cold temperatures as we move into winter. No one wants to be stuck out fishing in sub zero temps after the windchill, so use some common sense and plan according. As for the fishing, it is still good, slowing but good. There are still a few baetis coming off when we get some warmer days, midges are abundant as well. Streamer fishing and nymphing are the sure methods to get into the large Yellowstone trout. Guides are telling us that the fishing has been good south of Livingston and that they are having good luck with small rubber legs and assorted lightning bugs.
