RETURN POLICY:
Package and return in original packaging with all tags intact any regularly stocked merchandise to us within fifteen (15) days of receipt for a full refund, credit, or exchange. All sale, clearance, and special order items may not be returned for any reason, unless otherwise determined by Montana Troutfitters. All items must be approved by Montana Troutfitters for return, contact us via e-mail or toll free at (800) 646-7847.
A copy of the receipt, packing slip, or invoice must accompany all returns along with original packaging.
Rod & Reel returns:
Rods must be in original factory condition and returned within the fifteen (15) day time period. Used, worn, dirty rods etc. will not be approved for return and will be shipped back to the customer. Used reels will not be accepted for return.
Waders & Boots:
To ensure a proper fit boots and waders may be worn indoors before use. Used boots and waders, or boots and waders not in original packaging for sale will not be approved for return, exchange, or credit and will be promptly shipped back to you.
