Fishing Report: 
It's cold again outside, this is fed from all cold fisheries, wouldn't recommend it right now even if there is open water, better options abound. If you wanted to have an entire river to yourself this would be it for good reason, not a winter fishery. Check it out in March or April for much better fishing.
